Through the encounters under this project, young people got involved in genuine participation in education for sustainable development. This provided the opportunity to be coached in social, sustainable and entrepreneurial aspects. We talked about global relationships, new solutions and proposals for action in order to set in motion sustainable change for climate protection. The youths met at a local level and exchanged relevant sustainability issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals. Contact points with the partner group from Germany were made via Skype, WhatsApp and videos. The groups met once in Berlin and one in Cape Town for two weeks each, in what turned out to be very powerful and life changing experiences for both of the groups. The trips included a colorful program of theoretical input on green entrepreneurship and the Sustainable Development Goals, made real by experiential learning in related excursions and outings
