At the heart of this cooperation is an exchange among youth workers about practices that improve entrepreneurial opportunities for youth, with a focus on local, sustainable solutions.
Over the course of two years, 4 organisations, from South Africa, Italy, France and Germany, will engage in international trainings. Together we will job shadow, test best practices, and harvest lessons learned, to bring home and implement within our home organisations and networks. We aim to innovate our way of working and build connections and global networks.
